Through payroll deductions, team members can direct up to 60% of gross salary, with maximum contributions equal to federal guidelines, into our Fidelity savings plan. We match 100% of the team member contribution up to 5% of salary per pay period. Team members enjoy incredible investment options and have an investment consultant available. Team members are eligible 60 days from their hire date and are fully vested after two years.
Basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) are provided at no cost to the team members. Full-time team members receive life insurance coverage of two times their base salary, to a maximum of $300,000. We also offer the opportunity to apply for additional coverage for self, spouse and children and at a low cost group rate!
