Through payroll deductions, team members can direct up to 60% of gross salary, with maximum contributions equal to federal guidelines. We match 100% of our team member contribution between 1% and 5% of salary per pay period. Team members are eligible 60 days from their hire date and are fully vested after two years.
Basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurances are provided at no cost to our team members. We also offer the opportunity to apply for additional coverage.
